CANCELLATION POLICY

By signing up to any of Little Street Studio’s courses and offerings and making any first or partial payment you take responsibility for and agree to pay full amount of the course as per the payment terms agreed.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows.

7 day cooling off period. A 7 day cooling off period applies to all bookings until the point at which the course start date (first lesson date) is 14 days out. For example if a student signs up 18 days out from the start of the first class date, they will be eligible for a 4 day cooling off period until the class date is 14 days out, whereby the cooling off period would end prematurely. If a student signs up 13 days before the first class date, no cooling off period would apply.

If a student decides to cancel within the aforementioned cooling off period they will be entitled to a full refund excluding any transaction fees.

If a student decides to cancel after the 7 day cooling off period has ended, but prior to 14 days before the start of the course, they will be entitled to a 60% refund of the total course fees excluding any transaction fees.

If a student decides to cancel within 14 days of the start of the course, but prior to 7 days of the start of the course they will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total course fees excluding any transaction fees.

If a student decides to cancel within 7 days of the start of the course, no refunds shall apply.

Course start and end dates are not expected to change. However, we reserve the right to amend course dates prior to the start of the course or cancel courses for reasons such as insufficient take-up of the relevant course. Should we need cancel any course you will receive a full refund including any transaction fees. Should we need to amend course dates and times prior to the start of the course and the new course dates are not suitable for you, you will receive a full refund inclusive of any transaction fees.
