Studio Rates and Bookings

Our standard studio rates are listed below, we encourage you to reach out via phone or email to discuss your studio needs. We are happy to offer custom quotes for session packages and multi-session bookings. For all bookings, a member of staff will be available at the start of your session to allow you to become familiar our studio workflow and to assist with getting you connected and ready to record. Our studio is available both as a dry hire and with engineering / production as an option. We are more than happy to assist with tracking vocals for your own songs. Please see rates below.
Please note: As a general rule we do not allow professional filming within the studio. Phone content is allowed related to the use of the studio. Should you wish to discuss further or wish to seek clarification please contact us directly.
Please note the following rates are for artists and musicians. If you are a commercial entity wishing to use the space for an alternate use / activation / filming please contact us for a quote.
Studio Dry Hire Rates - One off bookings.
Hourly rate - $90 p/h (minimum 2 hour booking)
Half day rate (4 hours available 10am-2pm or 1pm-5pm) - $330
Full day rate (7 hours - 10am to 5pm) - $550
Evening rate (4 hours from 6-10pm) - $330 (longer evening session available on request - please contact)
Studio Dry Hire Package Rates - Enjoy heavily discounted rates for multi session bookings. Note: subject to availability, may not be available all year round.
8 x Full Day Session Package - $3300 (25% discount - works out as $412.50 per full day session)
4 x Full Day Session package - $1870 (15% discount - works out as $385 per full day session)
8 x 4 hour Half Day / Evening Sessions - $2200 - (works out as $275 per 4 hour session)
4 x 4 hour Half Day / Evening Session - $1200 (works out as $300 per 4 hour session)
The above packages are our standard ones, but should you wish to vary the amount of sessions or work out a custom package please give us a call to discuss!
Studio Rates w/ Engineer including Vocal Recording and Tracking Rates
Hourly rate w/ Engineer - $140 p/h (minimum 2 hour booking)
Half day rate w/ Engineer (4 hours available 10am-2pm or 1pm-5pm) - $520
Full day rate w/ Engineer (7 hours - 10am to 5pm) - $850
Evening rate w/ Engineer (4 hours from 6-10pm) - $520 (longer evening session available on request - please contact)
The above rates Include studio hire plus inclusion of an engineer to help track / engineer vocals or assist with recording and mixing. Engineering / Tracking is the assistance in tracking any of the instruments / gear in the studio to your session, allowing you to completely focus on your creativity and ideas. Engineering a vocal track, for example, would be having someone to record you, so you are able to focus on getting the right take. Our engineers will then organize your recordings into labeled stems so you are able to walk away with properly mixed and incredibly high quality recordings.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not include any creative input or work as a producer. Should you wish to creatively work with a producer on your record, please give us a call. We have a team of producers available to creatively assist in production and songwriting capacities, and in helping bring your ideas and demos to life.
1 on 1 PRODUCTION Lessons / TRACK DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
Music Production Lessons, Track Development and In Person Mixing Sessions
Hourly 1 on 1 production lesson / track development session rate - $160 p/h (available in 1, 1.5 and 2 hour blocks)
